MVP Development
MVP is a version of a new product that allows a team to collect the maximum amount of validated customer data with minimal effort.
Key points we focus on during its creation:
Minimum. Less money and fewer people.
Focus on customers, not features.
Value. An MVP should be a basic but complete version of the product.
02
UX/UI
This is the process of creating products that are convenient and enjoyable to use. Quality UX impacts user satisfaction, conversion rates, and brand loyalty.
UX starts with user research, user analysis, and understanding the business model. Then, user scenarios and user journeys are developed, followed by prototyping and visual design. Finally, testing.
During testing, we identify problem areas and then return to previous stages. Testing is conducted on real users.
UI is the final stage, where visual elements, animations, and more are developed. The result of the UI stage is a newly created UI kit.

Analytics
We use both quantitative and qualitative analytics to improve product metrics.
We analyze traffic data to understand conversions, use UX testing to identify problem areas in user experience, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses or new ideas.
